Where's is my order?
You will receive an email detailing your purchased items upon ordering. We will process your order as soon as it's received, and there will be an estimated delivery date provided to you when your order has been shipped.

How do I track my package?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email including the tracking number for your package. You can also track the shipping status via the link here:
Why is there no tracking update?
Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, major carriers have been affected immensely. When there is no tracking update shown, it could be that the carriers are still arranging the shipping to ensure the most timely delivery during this whirlwind of crazy time.
Why didn't I get a shipment notification email?
After the order is shipped, an email with a tracking number will be sent to your order email address.
If you do not receive the email, you can check the following:
- 1-Please check if the email address you used to place the order is different.
- 2-Please check your spam folder to see if the email ended up in the wrong place.
- 3-Please check the status of your order in your account to see if it has been shipped.
How to change or cancel my order?
For changing order
Order not shipped yet: please Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the corresponding title and state your request. We will assist you with your request ASAP:
- Title for item change, in terms of color, size, etc.: "Item Change #XXXXXX(Your Order Number)".
- Title for delivery address change: "Address Change #XXXXXX(Your Order Number)".
Order already shipped: Unfortunately, we're unable to change any order information for you under this circumstance.
For canceling order
Order not shipped yet: Please contact us at email@example.com with (order# & reason). We will proceed with your order cancellation request immediately.
Order already shipped: Please contact us as soon as you can and we'll endeavor to halt the ongoing shipment. If succeed, your request of cancellation will be fulfilled. Otherwise, the shipment will continue.
You can get in touch with us and submit another request to return the order when you receive the package.

Missing items from my order?
Please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
What should I do if there's something wrong with my order?
Please contact us at email@example.com. Please provide us with your order number, the description of the problem and attach any necessary pictures.
Can I exchange instead of a refund?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to support exchanges. We recommend that you place a new order and return another item. For how to return an item, please refer to our Return Policy.
How can I return item(s)?
Returns can be made within 14 days from the date you've received all your items. For details, please check our Return Policy.
When will I be refunded?
A refund will be issued after processing your return, which may take up to 10 working days after receiving your return in our warehouse. After the refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your return and refund amount. We will not leave you hanging! Please check the Return Policy for details.
Are duties and taxes included in the price of my order?
Unfortunately, all duties and taxes are paid accordingly to the regulations. The amount varies by country / region and depends on the items ordered.
If the order is rejected due to duties, the package may be destroyed and cannot be delivered. In this case, the refund will not be refunded. Therefore, we recommend that customers check the local customs policy before placing an order.
What types of payments do you accept?
We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal, Visa, Mastercard and American Express as forms of payment.
Here at LaPose, we only use trustworthy payment channels and we do our best to protect your payment and personal information.
What currency is displayed?
We display all prices in U.S. dollars.
Can I use more than one Promo Code on an order?
Our system is set so that only one promotional code can be applied to each order. If you have any coupons with a future expiration date, make sure to save them for the next time you order!
What size should I order?
If you are not sure which size is right for you, please refer to the size guide on each product page. If you have any other questions, please contact us.
We will ask about your standard size and how you would like to wear tops, dresses and pants so that we can recommend the best size for you!
