Return & Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping on LaPose.

LaPose is here to spoil you. We hope you love your order, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we accept returns for store credit only.

You can always contact us for start a return and any return question at Have your Order ID (beginning with "LP-3") and email address used to purchase handy.

Return Conditions

Returns can be made within 14 days from the date you've received  your items. For all returns:

  • Items must not be washed, worn, altered, or damaged.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • Must come with original package.
  • All sale items, intimates, bodysuits and swimwear products are final sale and not eligible for return.
  • If your order is purchased through store credits offered from a previous return, the order is not eligible for return.
  • The customer is responsible for paying return shipping fees.

We do not accept exchanges. If you would like to order a different size, return your merchandise as soon as possible and we will issue you store credit if the items are deemed eligible according to the return requirements laid out below. Store credit can be used to order a different size or any of our other products.

Return Process

Step 1 : Please e-mail our customer service representatives at with your order number (LP-3XXXX) to request the return.

Step 2 : After receiving your email with return request, our customer representatives will send the return instructions back to you via email. Please follow the instructions to process the return.

Step 3 : You will receive a return within one week after we receive your package. We will email you once your refund is processed. 

We aim to process returns within 7 business days of receiving them in our warehouse, but high volume periods, especially around the holidays, could cause delays. We apologise for any inconvenience. Refund Payment

All returns will be issued via Store Credit Only.

Store credit of the amount you paid will be issued after processing your return, which may take up to 7 business days after receiving your return in our warehouse. After the refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your return and refund amount. We won't keep you waiting too long!

Unfortunately, we do not cover return shipping costs. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.


Store Credit

Store credit can only be used at

Store credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.

Please treat store credit like cash.

Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the store credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.

Store credit is valid for 12 months after the date of issue.

Store credit is provided in the currency in which you paid.

Your use of store credit constitutes your agreement to our Terms & Conditions.

You can view your store credit balance by logging into your LaPose account.


The LaPose team does a thorough inspection of all goods before they are shipped to our customers. We stand behind the quality of our products, but if you come across a manufacturing fault, please contact us at as soon as possible. Refunds cannot be guaranteed without prior photographic evidence of the fault.

Order Change or Cancellation

For changing order

Order not shipped yet: please Email us at with the corresponding title and state your request. We will assist you with your request ASAP:

Title for item change, in terms of color, size, etc.: "Item Change #XXXXXX(Your Order Number)".

Title for delivery address change: "Address Change #XXXXXX(Your Order Number)".

Order already shipped: Unfortunately, we're unable to change any order information for you under this circumstance.

For canceling order

Order not shipped yet: Please contact us at with (order# & reason). We will proceed with your order cancellation request immediately.

Order already shipped: Please contact us as soon as you can and we'll endeavor to halt the ongoing shipment. If succeed, your request of cancellation will be fulfilled. Otherwise, the shipment will continue.
